Residential
Residential pools are serviced on a full-service basis.
Scope includes:
- Surface skimming
- Brushing of pool surfaces
- Vacuuming the pool floor
- Water testing and chemical adjustment
- Filter condition checks
- Visual inspection of equipment during service visits
Service frequency is a minimum of once per week.
Chemistry is adjusted based on on-site conditions.
Equipment service is handled as needed.
Repairs, parts, and major corrections require approval and are not assumed.
Equipment Service
Equipment is observed during normal service visits.
Issues are recorded when identified.
This service does not include automatic repair authorization.
All corrective work beyond routine service requires approval.
